Working in one of the largest service industry of India. In many vertical i was part of the one of the Division ie warehouse and Express Operation. Handling large team with more roles and responsibility and showing more trust on me to handle important projects. for Job security worked 5 years. on every new projects asked us to participate and took our opinion for Operation level. and Relating to our works all Training had given by company eg safety/work culture New IT Design.
Growth is slow, got good appraisal rating Good and some time Excellent but not promoted to Next level after working 5 years on different location and Handled difficult task to smooth operation with Profit making Projects. But Personal Growth is not upto the Marks.
Task is High and Challenging works starts morning 6 am from vehicle Loading from Hub ( Bhiwandi ) for Octroi clearance followup with Octroi agent for fast clearing till it reaches to Delivery Branch. works till 11 pm Branch Closing. but it was not hectic.
This is a fraud company which doesn’t clear of the long outstanding dues of the vendors on time. The management doesn’t have ethics and if it goes on like this then there may be a possibility that this company may shut down soon. There have been many employes and vendors who have filed legal cases against the management and the MD - Mr. Sheshadri because of their involvement into unethical practices . FSC as a company doesn’t have a good name in the market .
Founder KB is a person to be honored will all due respects, FSC Has its own reputation built as a empire Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, loved to be apart of this team it was unfortunate to live this company for one persons selfish intentions, what so ever it was my stint with this organization was worth,
due to few top line managers wrong decisions , and very frequent changes at the senior level company is not reaching its peak
Fully unorganised company. Lobby present in total management team. There has no perfect KRA as per designation. Maximum employee are aged & their's productivity is zero as well as company's market value is going on degrowth level.

The bureaucracy is very evident, freedom of expression is not allowed. The top management is lacking basic people skill, utilisation of human resource are very poor. Favouritism is practiced, talents with an opinion are suppressed. Hierarchical culture.
Monotonous and boring. No innovations or new ideas are encouraged.
I am enjoying to work not only boss but also the people i work with. I learn fro this job to handle pressure and inventory management.as most important to improve my productivity. Also schedule is very well as per decided time..
Issue only in Salary..the associate salary is lowest..and increment have given very low..
