Challenging and wide variety of work
Too much politics.
Too much work pressure.
No work life balance
No job security
People are hired and fired on whims and fancies of manager.
They can give anyone any post. You don't need to be qualified, only impress the interviewer and get whatever designation you want. There is an army of incompetent people hired at higher level there.
No job satisfaction.
If you are good at your job, everyone will pass theirs to you. You will end up doing your job as well as your manager's job on same low pay.
As an instructional designer, I was tasked to develop storyboards for trainings for clients.
Monday to Friday
I have to travel within city, international travel.
