Spoiled culture of staff and my QA department,no one is supportive towards trainee.work life balance is worst i was going 9:30am and coming at 10am and sometimes other officers doing theri dutty till 48hours and no compliments for lunch and dinner and breakfast qc ,qa , production department there is huge staff shortage that's why work pressure always high.and there is no sunday and holidays.and location is very bad....Read More

No job security and very unprofessional staff, your senior would even harass you at very personal level. They even keep you till late for work when there’s no need. Late salaries, they even sometimes hold your salaries. You even get salary slips. They bound you for two years contract and you don’t even get increment.

Dislikes

Ugly mindset of people which can lead you to depression. I personally would not recommend anyone working in such toxic work environment. If you request a medical leave they will not bother and keep you for work till late.

There’s no proper training. Unsupervised , unprofessional and unsupportive staff. Poor management.

There is no policy for person which is self quarantine who tested positive. They were not paying for them.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.career growth is slow.there is bond of 2 years before which you can not resign.there is no increment on time for 2 years.

In organization only workload no facility to celebrate the fastivals and always have audit and not understands in the employee personal life issue.
