Work is ok for higher level above executive.

Dislikes

They offer you contract bond of 2 years with cheque of rupees 1 lac. In case if you break the bond , they will have cheque of 1 lac in hand as security. Also can make problems for your experience letter. Overall please avoid such cheque policy acceptance. Work time is 7 am to 7 pm .

There is no policy for person which is self quarantine who tested positive. They were not paying for them.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.career growth is slow.there is bond of 2 years before which you can not resign.there is no increment on time for 2 years.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is enough space for cafeteria. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Directors are good person.

Dislikes

There is some transportation problem. If you have not own vehicle for transportation, company not provided transportation. Otherwise over all good company for work place.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. Management also supported. I get a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste
