No job security and very unprofessional staff, your senior would even harass you at very personal level. They even keep you till late for work when there’s no need. Late salaries, they even sometimes hold your salaries. You even get salary slips. They bound you for two years contract and you don’t even get increment.

Dislikes

Ugly mindset of people which can lead you to depression. I personally would not recommend anyone working in such toxic work environment. If you request a medical leave they will not bother and keep you for work till late.

There’s no proper training. Unsupervised , unprofessional and unsupportive staff. Poor management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is enough space for cafeteria. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Directors are good person.

Dislikes

There is some transportation problem. If you have not own vehicle for transportation, company not provided transportation. Otherwise over all good company for work place.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. Management also supported. I get a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste
