Internally there is almost not equals hike, if your ctc has fixed variable amount then hike will be given only on fixed parts, not the variable and they pay very less variable amount maximum 30 to 40 % not more than it, if you are joining GE then take good hike while joining only and don't expect internally hike. and after one year your existing variable would be not the same, that variable amount is only for one year, if you are getting hike 7% then 4% would be variable and 3 % will be fixed so very less hike....Read More
