The leadership team is worst. All they care is about themselves. They do not care about th team members. Hire and fire policy. Not a good work culture. Our office also had yocket employees sharing space with us and there was indiscrimination amongst us. While they enjoyed all the benefits, we were not given any. Total partiality between 2 teams of the same main company. The management is rude and only care about themselves. Central team is the worst in this organisation. They use foul langualge and their BOSS is of a dominating nature. They are the ones who have ensured to make lives hell for employees. Everyday they bring in new processeses and expect us to adhere to that. They themselves do not have product knowledge but just create tasks and new processes and expects us to provide immediate results on it. They do not come from education background but boss over employees as if they know everything and the employees are fools. If we correct them or highlight flaws in their system they put the blame on us and highlight our incompetency to perform. They work on trial and error basis and they just keep changing process every now and then. They feel they are doing great work and helping the company in building anpiwerful tech based system but all they are doing is developing faulty app. Because of them so many people have been put on pip and eventually asked to leave. It seems they are from loan recovery department as their main motive is to bully and squeeze the employees dry. They should be taught before they boss over employees who come from education background. They do not have the right to judge experienced employees from the industry. AD/ Heads are of no use. They just listen to the top management and save their jobs. My AD was a selfish lady who only cared about herself. She has zero knowledge and is the main reason for usa departments downfall. She couldnt drive the teams as she was too busy enjoying travelling and downsizing the company. Majority of the feam members have left or were asked to leave. All she does is gossip and chitchat the wholeday. She is just here to wile her time off, travel at companys expense and enjoy free benefits. She doesnt seem to have any interest in running the department. It seems she is here just to travel and enjoy while her team struggles to perform. She puts her blame on the team members and asks the managers to remove the team members since she is not a good leader to navigate the team and lead them to success. In order to hide their flaws, junior enployees are made scapegoats. Ever since she has come in the system i can see our team shrinking. She has a pet in each team who provides her office gossips so even if she is not in the same office she has info on all that is going around. She favours her pets and ensures they are taken care of by her providing job security to them. Her pets dont work most of the time and push the work load on their juniors while they wile the time off in office either by gossiping or on social media. All experienced and skilled employees have left. It is indeed a sad state. My reporting manager was also harassed by her and she instructed the manager to remove me or the manager will be asked to leave. Some of her pets are allowed to wfh permanently while people who actually live far or have health issues are asked to come to work everyday or asked to quit. HR is least bothered to take a stand for employees. It seems all she is worried about is her own job so she has become a puppet of the management. She only listems to them and asks employees to leave on different grounds. They put employees on pip and then ask them to leave. Favouritism runs in the leadership team as some of them are allowed to work from home where as ofhers are asked to come to the office or are asked to resign. For freshers it’s good however for long term growth there is no learning

Everyday the central team make sure to come up with new process which makes the work process very lengthy and time consuming. As per the level of position in the company, work from home are allotted accordingly which is very wrong as it should be equal for all the employees. Also the clients which are onboard, most of the time they have half or no knowledge at all, how study abroad industry works and which makes our work more hectic as we have to spoon feed everything to them or else they will complain to our upper management. There is so much of micro managing in each tasks, as they have allotted TAT in the system eg- task on miscall from client (company gives phone to us), task on query etc etc. On top of that daily calling should be 1-2 hrs and also meeting per day with clients. Feels like we are in call center. Geebee was really very good earlier days, however after the merger with leap making it worst day by day. Everyday shortlisting reaches up to 15 however between that we have to manage everything calls, meeting, internal team meeting, university meeting. Also if there is slightly delay on TAT, central team starts questioning without seeing the work flow and the work which we do everyday as managing all the things....Read More
