Job security is at a decent level.

There is too much to dislike. If you join as a fresher on the company payroll the annual salary is 2,00,000 fixed. Even an apprentice has better salary than you of 15,700 per month with no deductions. If you join as an experienced person then your salary might be better. Also, annual appraisal is of only 7%. Also, it is mandatory todo the RTO ( Return To Office) twice a week but there is a partiality. If you have good bonding with your TL then you can come once a month or do not come as well<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Promotion criteria is foolish like it is mandatory to complete genome trainings to get a Promotion</mark>. Promotion should be done on the basis of performance not trainings. Also, the time period of getting the Promotion is the worst in the industry. What they say is after 2 years you will be eligible for Promotion. From What I have experienced is my Promotion got delayed for 7 months for no solid reason. Poor management system, partiality in assignment distribution,bioness of management,favoratism culture. And poor management for the project handling . If you will work in Genpact you feel we are working for some branded company and you gonna totally satisfied with this. Job security is also good.

Dislikes

In terms of salary and appraisal you may dis-sattisfied and if I talk about particularly for Entry level profile or band 5 you gonna disappointed for the insurance which they provided which cover only employee self, It not included cover apart from you.

Dislikes

Promotion is very delayed. Increment is 5% to 6% yoy. Medical policy is very poor. There is no other benifits.

It has worst work culture. Low salary, No work life balance, bench everywhere. Seriously if someone ask me about good thing about Genpact, I won't have anything to answer.

Work life balance is bad. Bossy culture is bad. Annual appraisal is bad. No on time promotions. It has a bad culture and everyone looking to change the company. In my opinion, if you are not hired anywhere that's why you are with Genpact.

It's a good company. It's has may benefits and work-life balance was nice. I recommend Genpact to others as it is very good when it comes to salary appraisal. Overall it's a good company to work.

What I dislike is as a fresher i feeling like not joining it. For experience genpact is nice company to choose but for a fresher, I felt its not a right choice according to my opinion problems that I faced in Genpact as a fresher.

I like the work culture that's praticed at Genpact is very good, the respect & the exposure which a bigner gets in Genpact is very good. The bondage between the Leaders and the joiner team members is very good. The training which is provided to all the team members for different areas of work is very good. Genpact provides the required trainings for all the team members. The feedback back given to each of the team members is very good, it helps the Associate to work on the areas of improvement. There is no dislike, which I found still now, The only dislike I have about Genpact is they did not give any further chance to the person who lost the Job due to getting illl when I went on OJT, I still request the Genpact Team to provideme opportunity to serve Genpact again.

No dislikes but only a little feedback that if you are fresher and joining Genpact then they will give you a small package which is totally a less pay
