Looks like garment company no Proper chairs Communication is only thru regional langauge not professionalism maintained If you're eligible for promotion management will send you out thru IJP and they don't provide .. we have to wait for another 18 months
Good company for freshers and mid senior level for gaining worthy domain and technical knowledge. Strong process mapping and management.
Sometimes over consciousness about the process creates uncertainty of what to do ans unnecessary doubts even if there are nothing. Clashes of thoughts between two or more managers becomes a tough field while it is not so important in some cases.

Working with Genpact is a nice experience, But if we talk about the working environment its not pretty cool as everywhere politics runs. And also when it comes to salary its not up to the mark specially at junior level.

They have good training programs, helps you get upskill without paying extra money on courses.
The provide only one sided cab that too charges for the same, they dont provide over time, neither night shift allowance. If there is any extra payout assigned to you after asking again and again, it just gets delayed. No diwali gifts, no monetary appreciation. Work culture depends on your project for which you are hired.

If you want work life balance,it is good company for working in Genpact There is no work pressure at all.
There is no work pressure so people will pressure us, very bad culture, every one try to show off the little work they have and start bitching about others in the team, worst part is they do it in the front of them itself, it is no a cup of tea for people who are sensitive and no hikes at all, the maximum that you can expect is may be 07-08 for average to good performance candidate. And one more thing in hafeezpet office there is a vintage candidate called Ashish bothra AVP , that person always try to nudge/ humiliate women in some or the other manner and with me, he is expecting too much, I am unable to prove it to management as he is only trying to take advantage of circumstancial situations. But most of the management knows about him, however all FLM's are his spoons/chamchas so I am almost alone and my manager told me indirectly to keep quiet and stay away from him in a particular situation.so I am quite. So overall you have to be very careful if you are a young women joining Genpact specially Hafeezpet offices....Read More

If you are looking for a switch then it is ok but at your own risk.
They will always make sure that your Target are enough high so that you even touch your Target so you won't calim for salary increment and promotion. They will make sure that if you are joining at agent level the at 4-5 year you will be at agent level only.
In Genpact only one thing is good that the you will get quick responses but except that nothing is good in the company, specifically the Management of the company
Poor work culture, all the time people following practices that is against professionalism and also the behavior of the management is not good.
Learning programs
No growth Not understanding the employee situation If someone went on maternity leave, her rating bonus appraisal and project everything gone Poor Management Growth rate is zero for employees If you want to promote next level. You should work for 7-8 years in organisation

Job security
Very poor salary, growth and promotion are slow, no work life balance, they expect you to work 10-12 hours. Management will not look after your problems. No Indian holidays.

Overall a very good experience working with Genpact
Dislike is they do not offer Buy out option even when it is mentioned and also do not work on the negotiation of the notice period which definitely hamper the growth of the people.
