Co-workers are nice and managers often help in sorting things out. Focus is mostly on fulfilling targets efficiently.

Even if you're not on bench, and are actually deployed to a project, the work is miserable! Even if you're a high performer, you're bound to feel demotivated! No one wants to work and that's the norm. The approvals take so long that there are days when no one's working! And when you have no work, how are you expected to grow?
