Genpact used to be a very good organisations. When I was there frin 2013 to 2018 I was quite happy with the company culture. It used employee centric organisation.

Dislikes

In my recent journey with Genpact I am completely shocked to see the changes. management is very bad here not good environment. Upper management don't know how to talk using foul languages. Threating employees on daily Calls for job security. And now the are implement ing 10hrs which is a very bad move.

I didn't like anything at genpact. At first I thought it would be good to work in MNC it will boost my career but things are different here so I have nothing to add here. You can find good colleagues. That's it.

Dislikes

They interviewed me for accounting role shifted me in healthcare department without informing me. I had experience still they on boarded me as in apprentice even after submitting my experience letter. Company using government schemes for cost cutting. I feel undervalued and underpaid. Now they announced to work for 10 hours without increasing salaries. Treating apprentice as full time worker no special training or nothing but free labour for them. I had worst experience here.We don't have any refreshments here this is so basic even small companies offer Tea but this one don't offer anything. Low salary, no work life balance, extended shifts, pressure, mangers do 1 on 1 every month but doesn't solve your issues....Read More

Dislikes

It destroys your abilities, your rights. It has the worst management of all companies I know of. Managers don't care about you, all they want is you do what they say and afterwards if something wrong happens it's only your fault. No up skillings opportunity in this company.

Nothing is right in Genpact. Genpact is a world’s biggest Lala company in corporate/MNC’s. Why not choice Genpact. Employee Policies: there is no policy for employees rights and favour. All policies are designed only for employer prospective. Operation and Leadership: Entire Genpact operation Senior Management and Leadership not supportive to employment. They always lying and creating demotivation. Because of it quality people’s loss hope and confidence. Work life balance and culture: There is no work life balance and company operation environment is very toxic, too much politics. If you are experienced person then Genpact is not right company for you. Appraisal and monetary benefits: Appraisal really very bad and not a single thing for employee monetary financial benefits. It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

Genpact is a good company and learned a lot here.

Dislikes

What I don't like is that here, the employees are not getting their rights like they are not allowed our monthly holiday which is given by the company or we are being made to work even on weekends or even on national holidays. (eg holi, diwali, raksha bhandan, republic day, gandhi jayanti, etc). The manager behaves rudely with everyone. Other employees are also not satisfied.

The work culture previously it was employee centric however now it is more centric on client even if employee is suffering.

I left Genpact due to some family reasons and my HR and SM told me I can rejoin after six months and now when I try to re applied in Genpact, they are not taking me in consideration I am the least priority for them they are not valuing there own resources.

Salary hike and promotion is the worst thing in genpact. There is no such criteria for promotion and very poor salary hike on yearly basis.
