Team bonding are amazing and under the process team are helpful and manager as well.😊

Politics are playing on High level by upper levels if you are going right to talk for your self they get likely there are one measure thing which IJP means internal job posting if you apply for another process the timeline is 60 to move another project or process but manager avoid and delays 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

If you are looking for work life balance than Genpact is the company for you and you can also enhance your knowledge through their Genome portal.

Yearly increments are worst and not even meeting inflation rates. You will eventually lose your motivation level and feel depressed that after all your hard work you are getting same incrementcompare to a person who has not done any hard work throughout the year.
