Nothing, absent nothing genpact does pay well enough to freshers as well as experienced employees on top of that they have extended the office timings from 9 hrs to 10 hrs. Their cab facility is also as bad as there employee policy

shifting timing, rotational weel offs ,micro management, stress full environment, even no disposal available for drinking water, of you want to drink water then bring your own water bottle and pour it from RO machine, you have to work on weekends but there is no food facilities om weekends available, they removed tissue paper from whole building just the name of " please save trees " . Best environment and office culture. Every 3 months outing or dinner.

Dislikes

Work pressure. After mass recruiting we may have to be ready to getting kicked out of the project once the project is stabilized.

Job security is so good then everybody love Genpact everybody say that "Genpact is govt job" it true

Dislikes

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Other than work, there and n number of trainings which will be help for career.

Dislikes

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..
