Toxic culture. Hardworking folks are often exploited for client unreasonable demands. Lost a lot of weight and had health issues due to irregularity in night shifts. Expensive cafeteria with limited options. Overall, it was really poor experience

There is too much to dislike. If you join as a fresher on the company payroll the annual salary is 2,00,000 fixed. Even an apprentice has better salary than you of 15,700 per month with no deductions. If you join as an experienced person then your salary might be better. Also, annual appraisal is of only 7%. Also, it is mandatory todo the RTO ( Return To Office) twice a week but there is a partiality. If you have good bonding with your TL then you can come once a month or do not come as well. Promotion criteria is foolish like it is mandatory to complete genome trainings to get a Promotion. Promotion is done on the basis of performance not trainings. Also, the time period of getting the Promotion is the worst in the industry. What they say is after 2 years you will be eligible for Promotion. From What I have experienced is my Promotion got delayed for 7 months for no solid reason. The company does not providing any help line to employee. Only the Management like Manager to AVP, they are thinking they are head of this company. They never understand the situations of employees.

There is alot of pressure. The old employees left the company because of pressure and who joined new at the joining they said 30 days notice period now they are saying 60 days notice period. This is a reality of Genpact. They want donkey who work hours and hours in less money.

Poor management system, partiality in assignment distribution,bioness of management,favoratism culture. And poor management for the project handling . Low salary promotion partiality amongst favourite employee, hardworking and scencere employee is not rewarding as appraisal and promotion.

If you will work in Genpact you feel we are working for some branded company and you gonna totally satisfied with this. Job security is also good.

In terms of salary and appraisal you may dis-sattisfied and if I talk about particularly for Entry level profile or band 5 you gonna disappointed for the insurance which they provided which cover only employee self, It not included cover apart from you.
