Genpact is most pathetic ompany anyone can work. HR will never help you in anyway. For every Query they will ask you to refer sop or google it. For everything they have end number of procedures and tools to be filled. Pathetic. Even for attendance there is no proper capturing you need to do all by yourself in some app. For IT issuesyou will have to do yourself . IT won't do it. Manager usually asks team to loggin on holidays. There is no transperancy of variable amount we receive. It completely depends on Manager and other leads. One side cab facility is also chargeable from employees. Leads start live in relationships with teammates and provide them promotions and other benefits which company provides and deserveing employees remains empty handed

I was working in cash application process and my manager was good for 1 year. Hybrid work is fine.

Dislikes

After 1 year, my manager changed and the new manager was too harsh. He do not know anything about process and never appreciate me. The payscale is too low. Workload is higher as compared to salary

Company culture is full of office politics. Job security is not at all secure as they made IJP system and till releasing time no HR connect for other job role and just put bench the employees. Promotion and work satisfaction is also not good since I am working from 21 months and there is no promotion and due to my marriage reason they simply give me IJP.

Environment in Kolkata Genpact is awful it's like a mediocre political party office, the whole management isn't to politics favorite is in biasness against the non Bengali speaking employees they are trying to get most of non Bengali speaking employees out either by creating circumstances where they resign or choose to relocate. Theculture is killing the essence of an MNC work culture, that's the reason why kolkata Genpact is losing its old clients and processes are being ramped down and new processes are offered to other Genpact Locations in India, and it's due to the joint collaboration of the management including HR's who never shows up when you actually need them.
