Work pressure is less and no doubt manager and FLM are very kind and helpful. I feel them like my family members.

If you join here as an apprentice your salary will not be revised after you get permanent. Salary hike will be 7% on that. My 3 years is going to complete, still now my basic is ₹18000 without any HRA because I joined here as an apprentice. If you switch to Genpact from other company then it is ok. But it is not ok for freshers like me to continue here as you will get everything in peanut quality...Read More

Not approve the leave even if you are health issue, if you take leave they deduct leave and also deduct amount balance too.
