Compensation is decent and growth is slow. The culture is under transition and hence it is too early to say. Talent acquisition is slow but steady.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
