Glenmark is very good platform for the growth of carrier but if got good HOD who value your efforts.

Dislikes

Hard working is not height lighted by the HOD due to which never got opportunity for the promotion even by giving 8.7 years of my career for the company. Joined as executive and leaved being executive. I was working in Inhaler and Nasal saction.

Company is good and creat lot of activity. Lot of oppourtunity to earn rewards.

No work life balance - Qualification Section. Appraisal and increment is not based on performance. Appraisal is pre planned and fixed. Exit on time is crime. People quits the job very frequently due to political culture.
