Work life balance is nothing here. No work from home even in worst condition you won’t get. Washrooms are very unhygienic, in one floor having washrooms smell like public toilet. washroom sometimes run out of water. Device dependency, they treat the engineers like a worker. No value for engineers. You managers and team Lead will have all the fun no time limits, wfh any thing can say. But you don’t have because you are in jail. Don’t follow the policy of Capgemini. Liked the hiring procedure at initial stage. Guiding a new fellow for the project.

Dislikes

Management is not good. Didn’t give proper increment to employees from last 3 years. Max increment will be 2% even inflation is greater than this. Upper management are corrupt. They will not even let you know about your benefits and let you deduct you money as tax. For companies benefit.
