No Project in the pipeline. Most of the project manager expecting to high level skills After dopne the project. You have attend multipe rounds to get new project ( Like 3 or 4 rounds). They are following banch period was 3 Months. In case there is no project, They will move to talent pool and every week friday. they will conduct the talent pool connect.

A toxic work environment due to unreasonable phone policy. I have been an employee at the globalLogic and while the company provides an opportunity to work on diverse project, the current workplace environment has become increasingly toxic due to unreasonable privacy enforced by the management. Recently, the company introduced a policy where employees are required to lock their phones in the locker during working hours. This decision has caused immense distress, especially for those of us, who are living away from our families. Many employees, including Myself, have moved to this city for work and our phones are often the only means to stay connected with the loved ones. In the era, where emergencies can arrive any time, having our primary source of communication taken away feels not only inconsiderate, but also unsafe. What if there is an emergency and our families need to contact us urgently? With no access to our phones, this policy put unnecessary stress on the employees, knowing that they are unreachable to their loved ones most of the day. While I understand the need for discipline and focus during work hours, there should be a more balanced approach that doesn’t compromise the personal well-being and peace of mind of the employees. This policy is contributing to a toxic environment where employees feel like their personal concerns are being overlooked . Bee there for 3years and no hikes. Managers are manipulating saying outside market is too bad don’t switch and the mean time no hikes. Managers will make you false promise. No promotion until you ask for it. Higher management will change the policy whenever they require.

There is no proper management on the floor and also their is partiality between employes and leads also there is micro management.Manager will be sitting in home and will be asking information to the employees regarding Team Leads.And coming to leaves their is partiality in this also.It has been faced by me I asked for paternity leave where the management declined and gave option work from Home on Weekends If I need to take leaves.HR is also supporting the manager itself.Infact int seems to be I have joined unnecessarily here there is no support regarding to the work if we say I am not aware of this thing they shout on floor saying what are you for and what is experience and they will say etc.In simples I have been worked under ruthless manager where I can't get any support in terms of work and anything.Its non IT mapping process....Read More

I did not joined so far, but at the interview stage they showed real faces. How the organisation should not work, they are the examples.

After getting selection one of the HR commited that I am going to receive the offer letter in 2 days today 28th day still they are printing my offer letter, I don't know why the printer is not working is th budget issue or will. Definitely I feel they are not skilled.

It's a pathetic organisation where they prefer to hire freshers. False marketing and positioning the GL culture etc. You don't need skills here. You should be good at buttering or if you are a women and have no objection then this is the place for you. You can become AVP/Director from Associate I max 5 years time.
