Latin American leadership do not understand the Indian employees need and culture. Their unwanted intervention also bothers clients many times. They need to understand each region have their own way of standard working based on region circumstances. What they follow in their region doesn't always suit globally. Also, it's bad to be a PM here, as they avoid paying 2 month salary by calling it as variable and don't pay on the name of company/project performance, while paying extra bonus (above CTC) to technical team members....Read More

Just a usual consulting firm with a different label.

Dislikes

It was a good company around lockdown. But now as they've started the micromanagement, many client forces the employees to work extra hours without any benefit and the extra efforts you put with the client will never be seen by your Globant manager.
