Offer of BD position with GMR international airports division. Wanted to know about the work culture and the avenues for further growth. Also suggestions on choosing GMR or Accenture Consulting with similar CTC but 3 lakh joining bonus in Accenture and nothing in GMR P.S- Thanks everyone who commented but there is a 3 year retention clause in GMR while there is nothing as such in Accenture. Also GMR is providing Manager role while in Accenture it is Team Lead
