Nothing to like terrible culture..Nobody follows policy.. Regional Sales Manager himself persuades to deviate from policies.

All dislikes ....very bad work life balance. Manager forces you to stay long beyond office hours. Manager comes to office as per his convenience. Forces team to stay beyond stipulated office hours.
