Its a place of lot of learning.If you are a HM graduate nd want to pursue a career in retail then this is the best place to start. Learning oppurtunities are huge and you get identified for the same.Work life balance is good here. Everyday something new to struggle with will be there. For Food lovers this is the perfect destination.

Dislikes

Not much...Company is in a course of change.I see good prospect in future for new joinees

Great compensation provided n growth is also good if u perform well

Employee needs to do multitasking most of the time n even work sometimes 12 to 15 hrs in a day which is very tiring job
