Company policies are good for Sales people only on paper. HR is a puppet in the hands of Sales Leader. However, if given good project and team, Godrej Properties is a great company to work at! Company looks for your skill development and also helps you by giving you exposure by travelling to other cities internationally too!

Dislikes

Sales in Godrej is pathetic. No work life balance. You're staying far off in western, they will Ask you to travel to all the way to Ghodbunder thane. Managers keep you at workplace till 11 in the night irrespective of the gender. Even if you ask for a project change or site change, no support from the HR. No proper strategies in place, personal life becomes hell.
