Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Theare is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow thre is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resgin.on the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is guite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as thre was no formal training session.

We are Techies We should accept what we know and what we dont know but here people are scared to admit that they dont know rather they will start some theory story about what they dont know because of their juniors and seniors thinks them as dumb but I prefer and also worked in environment where people should say dont know and willing to learn.
