Actually the hotel is great , currently i am work with engineering department as a trainee electrical engineer . The department is good till form my joining i am learning so much tecnical things , i know about different plant which are in the hotel, so hotel is best and nice place to work and creat a good future from this hotel .I hope after my trainee period the hotel management will considered me as GHM employed for long term.

I love to work in Hyatt bcz management is very very good we care for ppl . Grand Hyatt is best company to work. Specially in grand Hyatt we employes gets 8 offs in 1 month tht is very proudly . & happily bcz in hospitality industry it's very difficult to get soo much off .& I'm very proud that I'm working in grand Hyatt .we celebrated each & every cultural 😘👍😄❤

The company is open to innovation and I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow for some people who does not show off their performance, and managers are doing so much of differentiation among the staff and they do not value some of the staffs unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do also receive appreciation feedback from my guest, but they mostly go unnoticed.

To work at Grand Hyatt Mumbai is the best thing. The atmosphere at Hyatt is like something different then other organizations. The best thing is monthly 8 offs and new trend of keeping beard.

The only issue is salary is too less compare to any other organization.

Grand Hyatt Goa would be one of the best work place for a front office associate to start his or career. They will get well trained professionally and personally. Employees are very cooperative especially managers.

There's absolutely nothing I could find. It's a busy property so you have to be on the toss all the time.
