Perfectly professional environment. Remote work environment wont let you feel any lack of communication or feel apart from your team. My manager is the best one and in this company. I love my team and my company.

Dislikes

A bit underpaid as per designation. But feels ok as this is a complete remote work. No dislike at all. No extra useless activities by HR or any other dept. Simply peaceful and productive organization.

The team coordination is good, we work collaboratively to give the clean Handover to next shift for further development on ongoing works

Dislikes

Managerial level works are bit disappointing, no technical growth. Lack of stability in given opportunity, people are not aware of the current process knowledge/ frequent changes in process. Poor work life balance, no shift allowance

I have many points for dislike: -Tech company but give target to the employee just like sales team, nothing good to learn. - Full of micromanagement - No specific SOP for the project every team follow process according to their choice. - Put on PIP during the appraisal.

I appreciate the remote work option, and the management and team processes are great. However, it would be even more beneficial if the company could offer more opportunities for technical skill development.

Dislikes

The ompany doesn't offer any night shift incentives or allowance.
