Dislikes
Lack of product training, career growth in terms of increase in profile is Missing in this company. Management hire new employee from outside & gives them a senior position but they didn't provide opportunity of profile growth to existing employees. This practice is also ongoing in case of salary.

5 day working is the only thing i like in a sales profile

It was a great company to work but now please don’t come here because in a sales profile you will be doing operational work only and also after getting separated from blum the work culture is getting toxic. While starting your day in the morning you feel very pressurised because you have multiple things to do, you have to dơ primarysales and secondary as well then you have to meet influencer and last but not thè least you have to meet direct consumer to sale’s your product in that you need very high techno knowledge. You will take 1.5 year to understand product then only you cạn confidently pitch any customer. This company is not at all good for carrier, you have to start thinking like a carpenter contractor and architect if you want survival in this company...Read More
