Good work environment. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonus every year. Management treating employees so good. I didn't feel any politics in management, Hapag giving more opportunities to career growth.

Mostly like Hapag service, this is not a dislike comments, we just request we need transportation facility much better.

Really feel free to worked in Hapag. It's a good company. The job is quite interesting and learnt everything on the job. I have done different roles within the same team.

No work culture, no work life balance. Full of politics. Immatured, biased management. Eligible candidates are not given opportunities. If someone questions management, they will be targeted for big time. Current management thinks they are the founder / owner of the company and act biased. Employee's are being treated like a slave.

Worst. Zero % work life balance. Continuous extension every single day and it goes for 14-16 hrs depending upon the backlog.
