I joined haptik in Jan 2024 as APM working under Abhishek Ahirrao and Madhan Mohan. In just span of 6 months I got to learn alot. Even my hiring process was very smooth when I joined HR team was very supportive and kind. Worth joining if you like to learn and grow.

Dislikes

They are literally killing the employees. Forget about work life balance, you wouldn't even get time to visit washroom. Erratic reporting structure, which leaves the project manager powerless. The project manager role is created just to get thrashed from clients. It's a mental torture. I have raised so many flags, but no response. I desperately want to quit
