Harley-Davidson was used to know for its cool working culture but since last year this place is full of dirty filthy politics. You won't be able to dodge the politics as its origin is at the heads level. The work atmosphere will affect your mental health badly and you won't be able to work here with peace. This is the company to work for. Take care of employees. No restrictions for anything. All employees company treating equally. Work-life balance and mental piece. Team outings and activities usually happen here.
