Harmam is very good company. It is big platform to perform as per your experience. Management is very very nice and cooperative and keep as familly member. Even you join and work till retirement with no issue.

Hikes are less even with good performance record. They give more salary to the new joiners even their skill level is same as the currently working ones.

I have worked for 6 years. I have worked on third party pay roll. Salary has not been increased in six years. They are kept in the company only by giving assurances. At the same time, companies do not take payroll. A lot of people have been harmed. Admin department does not care about anyone. Work or leave, salary will not increase.

Salary paid on time. Decent salary for freshers. Flexibility to work remotely depends on Manager.
Poor management. No clarity what's going on in the organisation. Not recommended for freshers. Join as a fresher only if you want to have a chill life. No job security. You will be assigned to project but you will be tagged as non-billable which means that in view of HR you are still on bench and after they will force to resign from the organisation.
