My manager was good in communication to me. I did not stay for.long in this company. Just 6 months since fake promise of onsite done to me so I left immediately.

Fake promises of onsite. They promised me Dubai onsite before joining n joined without much hike. Then they made me to join in India n said it will take time.to process visa n all but onsite manager said.this role is offsite only. Nothing as such you need to appear for interview after interview to secure a project and the company itself makes you alien when you are in bench, no exposure to technology and you can't upgrade your skill with the kind of work

HR and management are worst species here they never care for your career they only look for you as billing cash cow, nothing else!!

I like the benefits, they have many but must know how to use it.

HCl work on managers. Manager is everything in HCL. Even if they have policy, unless manager approves it you cannot do anything. HCL managers are least bothered about their subordinates and their team. They only come to take the credit. Almost 95% of employee work on client location...HCL has very less in-house projects. And they also do not provide cab or shuttle facility for client locations.

They don't give appraisal as per employee's recognition and work even if you have very good rating score wise if .They will not pay your variable pay if you are on maternity leave for both years..even if you worked hard for the year and next year you were on maternity leave they will ruin your performance by rating and don't give you variable pay for that annual year.

This is the feedback and reality for Lucknow Location people treating like labour by management and HR for DPO Employer"s I have almost completed my Notice period however no one connect with me from HR and PMO team end.

My manager is very worst. He wants us to work for 16 hours a day. He forces us to support for 24/7 with 2 resources. HRs won’t respond at all although we complain multiple times.
