The Job security that HCL provides is really good.

Dislikes

The hikes and appraisals, their stegnant behaviour about their employees development they don't want to spend money on employee's skill upgradation just want us to learn everything from documents and youtube. Take projects saying we have SME and experts available for this and then load their resources with responsibility without willing to accept an escalation. Policy wise employees are with no benefit as HR can change the policy as and when required so If a lot of people come and say that this is written in your policy and we want to avail this exception or facility, the policy changes....Read More

No hike No promotion Layoffs Baised Management social media full of scripted videos of how good company is but reality is far different.. Just hire candidates and keep them on bench for long period and then ask them to resign...layoff employee with quick notice...Not at all employee centric company...Better not to join HCL..
