Dislikes

Toxic management just to save appraisal fund they terminate anyone left and right. One have to work 12 hours during weekend with only two week off. If one ask about timing they label you as terrible and not team player. They will not respect you for working in night shift they treat you badly.

The work culture is depends on the project as I worked on two projects and in one the culture was great and chilled out but on the other one it was feeling like trapped. So it is totally depends on project. Overall experience is good with everyone

The appraisal process is bit complex and not able to find any relevant answers from HR end as well

They have multiple projects to work. You will get preference in switching from one project to the other. No work pressure. If you want to spend a comfortable work life then welcome to HCL. Very good office, well maintained campus.

Too much internal politics. No scope of promotions. Very low increment.
