I have seen HCL firing people. You can't work for more than 6-7 years here, if you do your salary will become very less as there is 0%to 3%hike annually . If your package is 10LPA today . After 10 years it will be around 13L for excellent performance.

Policies are well in place (although never to be followed), salary credits on time, no one bothers even if you sit idle for entire day since your RM & top management is sleeping (which is mostly the case) , TL can not ask team members to work so their work life balance is fantastic. TL & middle managers are like drums (anyone can beat & go) . People who just make noise are super hero even though they are good for nothing....Read More
Most unethical company I have ever worked for. HR is pathetic who would listen nothing against RM & should be better be replaced by robots who would just say to contact RM. Any big idea is seen by management as a rocket to be made which they are very afraid to even listen (capability to understand is remote possibility) . No or negligible annual increments, RM may take anything on a personal level & will not hesitate to ruin your career (supported by HR) . No feedbacks or constructive meetings, Management may wake up after 3 years to judge capability of a fish by making it climb a tree. Managers are hired as scapegoats who are told their performance is not good & their life is made miserable just to hide top management's own inefficiency & protect favourite people Overall, god bless this company as they are on self destruction mission...Read More

There is no job security and enough projects they provide you any type of trainings and bench period also only 60 days after that they fire you out.

Good company where we able to taste corporate culture, good infrastructure, excellent job security. Work life balance will depends on project. One major issue was salary. Very less salary they offer compare to ther giants and techie. Even startup offer you huge package but this company won't. Apart from salary everything is good and fine. No major issue. Good management as well.

Good job opportunity has been experienced by me throughout my 2yrs 10 mnths career journey till date
1. Too much gossips and office politics happen. 2. Managers don't support when unseen escalations happen, the entire blame goes on us. 3. Our designation is stagnant, we are not even promoted to next level . 4. salary pay is vry low according to our efforts.

I wouldn’t suggest anyone to join HCLTech. Because: 1. It is purely a Customer Centric company doesn’t bother at all for there employees. 2. They apply rules like they are a Government entity but the ground reality is it’s not even a bit of it. 3. They do not have Sick Leaves. You’ll only get 18 leaves in an year. If by chance you’re ill you have to use those 18 leaves and once those are exhaused you are on unpaid Leaves. 4. You can see CH & RH in calendar but you can’t take it. 5. When they earn profit there higher management keep it in their pockets. When they are in loss they will HOLD your appriasals, deduct your bonuses and ask you to stay calm. 6. The biggest fraud of the century is they add & deduct medical premium from your CTC and you can’t even take tax rebate on that and best part is if you add your parents, they deduct more from your salary. 7. Leaders want to go onsite to enjoy and ask you to work and don’t ask for anything in return. 8. Being a so called Indian company policy for India is biased as comparison to the policy for other countries. 9. They don’t have shift allowance, no matter you’re working in afternoon or night. You won’t get an extra penny as allowance. Where other company are giving 300-400 rs per day you’ll not get 50 rs here. 10. How can we forget the HR’s ( Cost cutting Managers) they don’t bother to connect with the employee. You won’t find such pathetic HR partner’s in the industry. They think they are the CEO. 11. Now coming to referral part: They have this portal just to make fun of an employees, they never hire a candidate from a referral because then they have to pay the referral amount to rhe employee. But if you send the CV to the HR, it is very likely possible that the candidate will be hired. SO MY FINAL VERDICT IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION....Read More
