Friends Dont beleive that HCL is giving 7% or 15% hike. There are lot of loop holes in the Company. There are lot of Enterprise Architect, COE are totally worst. All the non billable resource are totally worst. Friends - Do beleive after they roll out the hike because these people like Chief People officer or CEO - CVK they will getgood package leaving the developers inVain. The reason that they get good salary is because of developers they will not consider the developers. I don't why these people get such a huge salary. There is always a better person in the market than CVK or Chief people office. We need to replace with those people for the company to flourish and developers to flourish. Even after I crossed 4.5yrs of exp still I'm retained in same job role and with minimum package. Whoever has joined after me even freshers where changed to next role with good hike. So appraisal and promotions are not based on their hard work it is based on the decision by leads..

In this I worked for 2 years, with my past experiences what I observed is this is one of the worst organisation that won't give good salery but they will say they got very good projects and profits. Plz don't wast your career in these companies.simple it's better for newly joined below 5years.Plz don't wast your life by joining after 5years experience.

There will be no hike if you are working in HCL. No team outing. HCL also does not have good canteens. Work life balance is also not good too many politics.

HCL as a company is good But some projects are worst Like Apria as the Managers and Reporting managers only for their own promotions can do anything. As they provide promotions to their flatterers and Insist those promotion guys to maintain Personal Relationship with the subordinates as such to maintain the quality parameters and data as for all these they need some special things at the end of the month just as to assure the incentive of the subordinates.
