The work culture is depends on the project as I worked on two projects and in one the culture was great and chilled out but on the other one it was feeling like trapped. So it is totally depends on project. Overall experience is good with everyone

Worst company I had ever worked. Dirty politics by managers and seniors(Microsoft Teams mobile app testing) in project.They have created their own company inside company. And leads are the worst people they just pull down junior and other people in project.No growth opportunities no learnings no increment. Increment is given to only managers chamchas no matter how good you perform.
