Internal politics and favouritism. Long timers are not being paid well salary are very below market but still no step from management to correct them.

Work Culture here is good. People are friendly and suppportive, leaving few exceptions. Working hours are flexible. Hybrid working system is employee friendly.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits and promotion is far below the market rates. They give equal percentage to everyone irrespective of their work. Work recognition is not up to the mark. Permanent work from office may start soon.

Their are internal training programs which can help you upskill. If your manager is supportive you can be internally moved to your desired team like Cloud etc Provide internal medical corporate services for uour family.

Work Culture is not good they do not promote well being of employees. Sometimes people get stuck in their roles for many years without any hike. Very bad appraisal system. No bonus offered.

They don't provide any hikes and perks same time they wont let employees to grab good opportunity.. Notice period of HCL is difficult to serve.. Its normal 60/days for associate For analysts its for 90 days. Buy out option and early leaving options were there but hr wont support on any.. All we have do by our self..😇😂

The work culture and team members are amicable and help you to grow with their experience. Also, HCLTech organizes various extracurricular activities (Sports, Dance, etc) which help employees within the organization come together and make new connections.

Dislikes

There is little concern in the area of employee recognition as per the efforts given by employees. The Performance appraisal and review is too slow which gets delayed by a Quarter during the appraisal cycle.

1. Too late appraisal 2. Very less amount of salary get increased or some cases 0. 3. If you are working as a analyst, there is no scope to upgrade your skills, you can learn only how to use excel. 4. In HCL , mostly projects are customer support and there is no software development project. 5. Yes ofcourse, poor management.
