Here in HCL TECHNOLOGIES work-life balance and job security is good to the mark, that to based on which client. Mostly people who work in company investment code will get high perks but mostly people work for client code will get nothing apart from client appreciation.

Dislikes

Very worst appraisal policy and salary hike. People who work mostly in client side will get nothing and all credit takes by manager whatever you attach for appraisal revisions. Mostly investment code people will manage these c code people takes people's credit and gives you nothing. I'm being in hcl for last 3 years and I got my appraisal revisions literally less than 10 % totally and not matched with industrial market standards....Read More
