Actually it's a nice company but after the separation and pre separation the situation arise it's not upto the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position

Company is good. I appreciate the companies policy. The.medicsl facility is really good.

Dislikes

Many old employees they create problems for new employees. Senior management they really do not care anything. Most of them are involved in favourtism groupism and various other corruptions. HCL must do very tight scrutiny on this and it will be helpful for the company to reduce the unnecessary staffing.

Large IT company, with exposure to multiple aspects of marketing. Good campuses. Good health care benefits because of hcl healthcare.

Dislikes

Very process oriented, for everything you need multiple levels of approval which means it takes time to get anything done. If you are ok with the slow pace of work it's good otherwise can get frustrating.

High level office politics RM Behaves like He or She is God. If they don't like they mentally tortured you. Call in late evenings for work. Ask to work late night. Not able to think how to manage home and office work. Pressurized to work on weekends. Almost pathetic for me HCLTECH

If you are hired with particular package and you are okay with that take home until you want to quit,then this company is for you..

Working hours 12-14hrs Work life balance zero No hikes or even dry promotion. Package they mention eg 26lac then take home would be 80k. Mental peace totally depends on manager. Some managers doesn't know anything, literally anything 😕😕😕 but you need to work under them that too with pressure.

There is job security compared to other companies. They do not believe in hire and fire. They have many projects to work, so there is bit security for job as you have plenty of work to do. Salary is on time. Will get chance to learn new things and certifications.

There is no real transparency in promotion. Even there is no automated process to pick persons who has not promoted for last more than couple of years. Salary hike is very less in percentage, mostly in single digit. Sometimes no hike at all. 1. No proper response from HR team 2. No benefits 3. No recognition for your work 4. No values 5. Even managers also not support 6. If employee give resignation, HR will not conduct exit interview and no inputs taking from employees 7. I will not recommend for friends and others

Favourism is most common thing is there, if you are hard working and good in something, they dont care about it they only appreciate the person who is doing buttering whole day and that person got salary hike and appraisal also. They neglect hard working and Smart working person.

Hi, Please dont join some managers screw like anything and they will make you 2 , 3 projects and EOD they wont give hike and FNF also not do properly, if raise ticket they will check with HR and if we check with HR, they will ask to raise tickrt. very bad experience
