There is nothing to like about this company . No work culture , no growth , minimum salary is given just to hang you by a thread . Employees are being exploited in the name of company policies.

I think the company is just making a show off of the hiring process and nothing process further. Their main motive is to ghost the candidate. The candidate just wait for the company response for further process but in the end nothing is their hand. Firstly their hiring process is so horrible. They don't even inform you anything about the next step after the written assessment. The company ghost you and you can't do anything because they don't even response your email nor will reply of your call. Hcltech is actually big organization and a good MNC to start. I'm actually fresher joined couple of months back in supply chain operation. But there are some things is there in some project. Like in our case has hybrid model but Reporting manager is forcefully say to come office only. Even my native location is in Kolkata. I want to relocate in Kolkata & work with that office. But I'm not very sure hcl has such policy or not however I didn't tell him. But due to the medical reason I need to go there i don't know how thing will manage. And if it's not happen i want to switch to Kolkata/chennai based project if possible in same lob's. If anyone can help me out regarding this pls I need your support actually!! Along with that, I have knowledge in excel advanced in data analyst role. I'm studying & learning about data analyst role. Job security is good in HCL.

Dislikes

HRs are biased. Management very poor. If employee wants to buy out notice period they don't release them and make sure that employee lose their opportunities in better company. Salary process is very poor and compensation released after 1.5 years. Even they don't give the promotion if employee gets in notice period. They don't givepromotion on skill and hard work basis. Growth in hcltech to connection with international official guest interaction. To learn more about international and domestic work balance.

Dislikes

Process associate should be promoted after a year with free food coupon. Company did not watch employee refreshment expenses so it burden on employees pocket salary savings who all live far from hometown. Company should be gave opportunities to employees under bench . Company should be provided reimbursed allowanceand medical travel allowance to families. Salary is very low as labour law.
