The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.
Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. It was going well with HCL but the way HCL people behaved with me many times especially during the last days of my time with HCL just to ruin my career is a worst experience which I have faced during my whole tenure. Pathetic experience in terms of working environment, people behavioral concerns etc. No support from anyone whether its your Seniors or HR or any other Team. In terms of policies and appraisals also its worst to work in HCL. Company is good. I appreciate the companies policy. The.medicsl facility is really good.
Many old employees they create problems for new employees. Senior management they really do not care anything. Most of them are involved in favourtism groupism and various other corruptions. HCL must do very tight scrutiny on this and it will be helpful for the company to reduce the unnecessary staffing.

Personnaly HCL is a turning point for my career since its my first corporate MNC where i learned so many things on corporate culture, and gained very good technical knowledge other than my core field in which i worked earlier. Campus atmosphere is very nice.. in my opinion this is a place where we can devolop our skills and knowledge as per indivigual potential.

Apprisal process is never transperent and never on time. Annual apprisals closed last may itself but till now revision letters not generated. I recently moved to bench. During bench period, HCL provided laptops pose worst experience. With that laptop, nothing could be done. So many restrictions. Instead HCl could encourage employees to use their personal laptops during bench period, which would help them in upskilling purpose. Hcl gives a much more work, we got many appreciation from claint but hcl didn't give any rewards. We get DP or EP grade in appraisal performance but we got maximum 40000 per year in appraisal, if we ask with HR they said hcl overall growth is low.
