Dislikes: 1. working hours there is no time limit of your shift.
2. Shift timing is changed every week or 2 times in a month.
3. Transport team is very bad.
4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion.

Likes: Worklife balance is good also have opportunities to develop the new skills.
Dislikes: There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
