Favouritism. Unskilled people deployed in HR, who are from BA, ops. And QA backgrounds. They don't even know the true meaning of HR. Just being favourites of the boss they would enjoy all benefits and neither themselves nor the boss would do any work. Too much toxic of a culture. Their HR department needs quick overhauling to turn the game.

Internal politics and favouritism. Long timers are not being paid well salary are very below market but still no step from management to correct them.

Work Culture here is good. People are friendly and suppportive, leaving few exceptions. Working hours are flexible. Hybrid working system is employee friendly.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits and promotion is far below the market rates. They give equal percentage to everyone irrespective of their work. Work recognition is not up to the mark. Permanent work from office may start soon.

Every thing , no transparency in the appraisals, they’re just finding news ways to deduct your salary . Appraisals are delayed every year. This year it has been delayed by almost 8 months now and still no appraisals . No communication between manager and employee. No promotions nothing everything is just garbage here .

Workplace culture is good and no pressure or deadlines or to complete the targets. Senior management are supportive.

In some projects work from home policy is not there so not good for work life balance and annual leaves are less it has to be increased.

They ask you to work in client location and close the contract in short notice once everything is set. Never allow to be a FT employee to their clients Deduce the variable pay and put huge amount in variable pay, something around 16 to 17 percentage.

1: CTC structure is very bad. 2: Poor management and unrealistic expectation like service-based companies. 3: No sick leave policy and less leaves. 4: They don't give work relevant to your resume. 5: 10 % variable component to attain expectation is to work in night and weekend. 6: overall it looks like Product base, but it is service based only.

there is no growth, you need to serve 3 months which basically stop you to move better opportunity, if you need growth and future plans never join this mediocre company..I even know all this but tempted for the package.. please never join if you want growth.
