Management. My manager constantly keeps reminding me that HR is getting rid of people. Everytime I have a discussion with him this point comes up, as if a warning is being sent subtly. Fragile egos of the managers. You should address them as "Sir" Typical Indian work culture of "Babus" Too much cost cutting in everything. You won'tget LAN ports in shared ODCs! No defined process for any activity for HCL internal teams, like the GIT, HR etc If you want to claim your relocation benefits, be prepared to have a hard time chasing from poles to pillars, as each person you speak with would refer you to someone else and and again someone else! First of all thanks for giving opportunity in hcltech. After I joined got only salary didn't get any benefits. There was no hikes.

Dislikes

Working culture. Initially it was good, but later on it was became worst. Now it was too bad. They internally transferring resources without any intimation too experienced resources.

Being a fresher, you'll going to get only support projects and unbearable rotational shift.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. At initial phase we get whatever we desire but appraisal is just a formality. HCL management is the worst ever thing I have seen in my life specially 2-3 level up hierarchy. Manager would never know any update and policy or any answer for the question we ask. HR is also for the name and for navigating us to policy documents.
