No skill growth bad and worst management there will be group of frnds managing gang in hcl around 30 people in life science lob and banking also they will safe garu this people by using new joinees and technology persons they will use them and throw away but the frnds group will won't do anything simple putting pressure on inocent hard working people

I'm been in internal bench for 2years.. without work, they paid full salary. Work culture is Totally depends on Manager. Some give full freedom and friendly nature. Some are like asking updates for every halfn hour.

Dislikes

No much learning Oppurtunities. If they hire for particular role, some HRs and Managers woun't allow to other projects if there is no projects on those skills.

HCLTech campus environment is really good.

Dislikes

Toxic environment in HCLTech - USAA project. Especially in PNC hub aquatone team. No recognization for my work (Feeling bad about wasted my time and energy here). Very less salary package and hike. No work life balance. Not providing any KT session for freshers regarding project work but they are expecting more output.

For experienced people HCL is good, for freshers or less experience people it is not good.

Dislikes

Management is not good,There are some managers who are very bad, I started as fresher even if you work hard, without any training(no proper good behaviour if you ask for doubts)they ask to work on toughest applications and finally they will provide very less rating.(T). As fresher you can't able to get projects, management will play politics.
