Dislikes: Work life balance is not good. Lot of internal politics. Worst seniors at management level. They are old fashioned and not fit to the company. Simply wasting their career and spoiling others as well .

There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band.
They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year.
They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.
