Campus and the environment of my ODC is very good. You feel peaceful with a goof team and manager who makes u learn things without making u feel dumb

Dislikes

Salary increment process is slow in HR sector, willing that this may improve so that employee could get encouragement to serve more.

Technical trainings are good. Learning curve is high. Working on development project and build things from the scratch. Colleagues are very helful

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisal is just waste. Adding more variable pays. Instead of giving hike on basic salary adding the bonuses. Appraisal cycle is april-march and compensation letters should be releases but it is taking more than 6 month after the completion of cycle.

No skill growth bad and worst management there will be group of frnds managing gang in hcl around 30 people in life science lob and banking also they will safe garu this people by using new joinees and technology persons they will use them and throw away but the frnds group will won't do anything simple putting pressure on inocent hard working people

Managers are supportive if you are fortunate. Cafe is good. Good facility inside campus.

Shifts are hectic sometimes. HR are very rude. Opportunities for switching tech stack is very low.

I am feeling with hcl environment.

I have one concern, that is I am working in non it project in that mobile phones are not allowed in working space in ODC we don't have chance to contact with others in emergency situation. If we get any important calls even we can't able to attend.

Growth in hcltech to connection with international official guest interaction. To learn more about international and domestic work balance.

Dislikes

Process associate should be promoted after a year with free food coupon. Company did not watch employee refreshment expenses so it burden on employees pocket salary savings who all live far from hometown. Company should be gave opportunities to employees under bench . Company should be provided reimbursed allowanceand medical travel allowance to families. Salary is very low as labour law.

For those who don't have any other options, they can come as a last option.

Not a good company as manipulation of salary towards base salary against which no good retirement benefits i.e. pf, gratuity, leave encashment,etc.

It is an MNC. Have large number of projects. People don't sit in pool for long.

Salary hikes are not at all good. Internal projects are worst. People retires from HCL because they know they won't be able to learn anything to face the tough market

I like the work environment. It is not as stressful as thought to be. Job is quite secure in HCL Tech except for the non-compliant issue where ZTP action is immediately taken. Overall, the company's job security bit as well as the atmosphere is conducive.

An extremely bad scenario of getting promoted and for the salary increment.

One of the worst company have ever worked for, very low cultured leadership, North India Vs South India bossing harassment, cheap labor strategy, No process framework and maturity in India Leadership, low quality manpower delivery centers across India, just grabbing customers/deals in bidding with low prices and trap them with poor QOS and harassing managers.

HRs are not at all friendly. Calls, emails hardly gets response. They behave like bosses.

We do have a job security here. We are getting project quikly if we are released from the current project. Can learn the and complete the GCP certifications without any cost.

long working hours in US based project that i am currently working on. need to be careful on the work life balance in US client projects.

In HCL Technologies I am working here since last two years, and personaly feel that the work life balance is very good. No such kind of pressure which can cause any type of mental health. Company gives lots of new learning opportunities to all employees to expose their career.

Dislikes

Only one thing is not good about the yearly incriment, I discussed with many team members, they haven't received any incriment since last three years although their ratings are excellent. That's why many employees planning to leave.

Not a very hectic job. You just need to finish your work. Once the time is over, then you need not to work for extra hours.

Learning is not much. Multiple support projects are there which I don't like because the work cumulates to some tools only. Some big projects are still using the outdated tools.

HCL is having only big name but I will recommend that not to join HCL. No support at all from company or manager. They just deploy you on client location after that nothing. Another is they try to how they can delay bonus and yearly appraisal l. Every year they create new reason to delay yearly appraisal. They delay almost another 6-9 months to give appraisal.
