Overall is good but, promotion is totally depends upon your supervisor, not on your output. Incentive is good but basic pay is too low

The Culture and work environment at the Bank is really nice. The leave policies is really amazing. By working with the HDFC Bank Limited, you can manage your work life balance

Dislikes

Appraisal and rating system is poor and not satisfactory. Increment percentage is on too lower side. Promotions are given basis the vintage of an employees rather than their performances.

Good place to work as ease of doing business is satisfactory. Being the largest private sector land, you always have the upper hand on all products.

Terrible appraisal process, much worse rating system. Better to work some where else if decent appraisal is the main motive.

I can't count on fingertips,no work life balance, no personal life, hectic schedule 9 to 9 job sometimes 9 to 10 job, appraisal depends on boss management not on your performance
